General Contractors
As a General Contractor, Carter Group assumes direct responsibility for all construction phases of a project and guarantees performance. Contracts are secured through competitive bidding or through a qualifications-based selection process. Our general contracting services include a full range to assist the client from the beginning to the completed project.
Construction Management
Carter Group’s construction management services include predesign and preconstruction planning, as well as subcontractor management for the duration of the project. As the owner’s representative, we address critical details during early planning stages to ensure the finished product meets our client’s needs. We provide preliminary estimates indicating a range of the cost of construction at predetermined stages of design, including a breakout of anticipated owner soft costs. Depending on the client and specific project needs, our services can include a Project Manager, Project Engineer, and an on-site Superintendent.
